" This is my first wedding cake I ever made." 
I made this cake for my sister Orin's Handfasting/Wedding
It a white cake filled with fresh cut strawberriesand a whipped Cream Cheese Frosting.
I decorated it with roses and calla lilys made of fondant
and some more fresh strawberries.
The challenge to this cake was assembling and decorating it.
It was in the rain, in a forest, at an undeveloped
area, and on the tailgate of my fathers truck.
